So my question is do you think I should try to get her eat fatty meat coconut oil eggs and nuts? I'm pretty sure she is finding it hard on the salads and vegetables because its not filling enough and that's why she goes back to grains to keep her full.My concern is her cholesterol is high and adding these foods (some saturated fat) would it make it higher?, I know I have read on here that we should eat more fat but wanted to doubly sure.
Thanks guys I will try my best to convince her to stay of the carbs.
