Newbie from Windsor Ontario

Hi my name is Sara, I'm just on Day to of starting Paleo.

My closest friend told me about it and I also watched the documentary "Fat Head" which was very eye opening with the whole cholesterol and saturated fat bit.

I'm still learning!
