Hey there- Just joined. I am on day 4. I am a school teacher and my job requires more engergy than I usually have. Paleo only made sense!

After reading Wolf's book this weekend I was going to start AFTER Thanksgiving, but I couldn't bring myself to eat a single processed thing... so here I am! Love this idea and wish I could bring it to the schools! How great would that be?
