Hello again. I began the paleo journey mid Oct. I have felt wonderful throughout. I have greatly increased my intake of fruit. The meats are grass fed. Seafood I mostly eat out--salmon a couple of times a week. I am sleeping so good! Lost 7 pounds. BP seems to be "coming" around too. Enjoying this experience!!
