Not that I can see, but I only have access to the Ban list. Not the spam posts.

The posts are not deleted, just remain hidden till Eric clears them. Just make posts as normal, if they get flagged, no big deal. They'll become visible shortly when Eric ok's them.

Hey Eric!  Banning is important, but so is releasing the posts that are not spam.  Please consider.
