I have to believe there is one member who did most of the smites on me. It would be nice to know who it is, but that will remain a mystery.

We are up against a multi-billion, perhaps trillion dollar industry. The argument shouldn't be between us, just signing up for this forum means you care and have good intentions. We are saturated with stories about meat poisoning (ecoli, mad cow), we are told constantly how eating meat is supposedly the cause of heart disease, strokes, early death. We are never told any stories about how low carb diets have helped people cure themselves of ADHD, how diabetes is linked to high carb consumption, how depression is too. You have to dig much deeper for those stories.

I'm already changing myself. I figured I would go on an atkins like diet. My depression is already getting better, and yesterday was my first nearly 100% paleo day. Right now I feel great.
