Thanks Eric.  I offered to be a mod to help keep the spam out.  I am on the West Coast and when  Kallyn gets back from vacation she is on the East Coast. She'll probably get the early morning stuff.

GREAT!  Because wow, I got an eye full of a spam last week.  :o 

The same person who posted that pornagraphic spam here also posted it on the lowcarbfriends website the week before!

Yeah, my delete button was really getting a workout last week!  I felt like I had to check back in every 20 minutes so we didn't get overrun.  I can't imagine what it would have been like if it was just me...I'd probably have been glued to the keyboard.   :D  Nice to have help.   ;D
