New moderator needed

It would be nice to have a new moderator to cover "overnight" hours.

A non-US person might be best.  By overnight hours I mean roughly 11pm - 7am US Eastern time.

The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

It looks like under forum leaders we have a new super moderator join date 3-17-09.  tomqlnn    First saw them on at 1:00am cst - they apparently deleted the spam I reported yesterday on JanuaryEN & gootchmongasds.  Its gone.   Yea
