Suggestion - No posting links until above a certain post count

On a few other forums I have noticed that until you get past a certain post limit (10-20 posts) the forum will automatically not allow you to post links.

Might be an idea for here.

The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.
