Click on someone's ticker and it will take you to the ticker site, which is unrelated to this one.  That site should give you some bbcode that you can put in your .sig here to get the ticker to show up.

For photos, I usually host them myself and just embed them using an [img] tag.  You can attach them using "additional options" below the posting box, but they will not show up at full size.
