I think you are supposed to dilute it 3 parts water / one part H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide)
But I often don't.  I do know if you keep it in your mouth too long your teeth might start to hurt. I think it is a cheap mouthwash. Mouthwash is supposed to kill germs and peroxide does that too.
Whatever you do don't snort the stuff!!

i use to use it for ulcers, though since buying toothpaste without SLS in it i dont get them anymore.
