I think my calories are usually around 1500, but I'm a little taller/heavier than you guys.

I'm 5ft 1in and 130lbs, my BMI says I'm overweight but I know better than that!! I've gained 5lbs of muscle within the last month!!  ;D

You are at about the same I was when I went primal.  I am down to 159 now five months since starting this.  I lift wights and exercise, so I know I have gained lean muscle mass in teh process.

uh no...I'm 5'7 and 247 lbs.  Heaviest I've been was 309 lbs....lightest I've been was 132 lbs.  I'm aiming for 150-160 and ripped

I want to swim, walk and cycle.

It really depends on your goals.  I do cardio, tabata, and strength training.  For upper body and core I do body weight, push-ups, dips, crucnhes and pilates type activities 2-4 times a week.  Lower body I use machine because I want to target the muscles that support my knee without hurting it with weight bearing activities (read, squats and lunges hurt right now).  I run, cycle, and use the elliptical for cardio and tabata.  I do that 3-5 times a week.

5'3 and 148 today down from 158 something on 1/4/2010

Was 120 in my running days BC
Would be happy if I could get back to 130, ecstatic if I could recapture 120
