Whats your sleep schedule like

Do you wake up on your own or use an alarm clock

I hope you all get 8-10 hrs a night with no alarm clock like me :)

On worknights, bed around 12-1AM and wake 9AM.  We need an alarm clock though.

When I don't have to drive DH to work, I will sleep for at least 10 hours naturally.  And if left to my own devices and nowhere to go, I gravitate towards going to bed at 3AM and getting up at noon.   :o

Rather haphazard, I go to sleep anywhere between 08.00pm and 01.00am, and get up to an alarm clock at 05.00am.
Summer is different, sunrise is usually before 5.00am, and it wakes me before the alarm.

Weekends I tend to sleep in, sometimes quite extensively, I have been known to sleep through to 02.00pm in the afternoon on sunday, not often, but I have done it.  :)

I generally go to bed between 10:00 and 10:30 and wake up around 6:30 (with no alarm).  My wake team literally is "like clockwork"
