Time to move on
« on: January 19, 2010, 07:58:18 AM »
I've been a forum member for 2-1/2 years.  Last August I became a moderator to help keep out the spam.

There have been some recent changes in my priorities. As a result I will not have time to participate on the forum.  Therefore instead of just not coming back to the forum I thought I'd say goodbye.

Bye Paleo Dude

It's a shame to see 'old timers' go  ;)

Best of luck with everything and stay in good health!

Why unregister?

Why not just keep the account?

I'm on Raw Paleo diet but I have kids to feed on cooked paleo diet.

Bye, Paleo Dude. Thanks for your help and good luck.
Any idiot can get on a treadmill and watch TV and then take great pride in the fact they've exercised.

May the meat be with you.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

Your display name can be different than your login name. Lakeside was my login name. When I deleted my original account it reverted back to my login name.
