So far I have only lost inches from my waist (26" now), everything else is the same.
I take lunch at 2.30. Old breakfast - bowl wholegrain cereal w milk, 1 egg. Hungry by 12, ended up eating 2 granola bars. New breakfast - berries w coconut milk, 1 egg, maybe a couple of nuts, or prawns, or a bit of avocado. Not hungry til 2
pretty common side effects actually! Perhaps I have not been on it long enough to notice the odd ones
