Healing Our Children by Ramiel Nagel

Has anyone read this book? I just got a copy tonight in the mail and wow am I impressed. I've only had time to read bits and pieces and skim the book but I can already say I would suggest this book. It's not really paleo (more Sally Fallon/Primal) but it seems packed with good info that paleo eaters could appreciate.

I read that last year.
It's the best.
It's a keeper.
Keep it as a reference.

Although he was first influenced by WAPF

Rami Nagel practices personally Aajonus Vonderplanitz' Raw Primal diet.
It is a raw paleo diet + raw dairy.
Same diet he recommends for How to Cure Tooth Decay where he cured his daughter with a lot of raw liver, raw meat, raw fat, raw clams and raw oysters, raw green juice, raw dairy, raw butter, raw eggs... and tries to avoid drinking plain water.

Sadly I lost his 2 books in the big flood last year.

I tried his recommendations on how to digest raw dairy milk by adding raw egg yolks and raw liver in it... still didn't work for me.  I'm hopelessly lactose intolerant.

From what I read last night it's not really a raw paleo diet + raw dairy. I know he was talking about eating some meats raw but for a lot of them he talked about cooking them too. Most meats he said to cook lightly (so I guess the inside would still be raw which is how I typically like them anyway but I don't consider this raw meat) and then to cook chicken, pork, and turkey slow and long. I also remember him saying to cook veggies and fruits to help break down the cellulose making them easier to digest. I do agree that he said to eat all dairy raw but I don't eat dairy. Overall the message I got about food was to eat plenty of animal fats and traditional fertility foods and to stay away from all processed foods.
