This is a great place for ideas recipes and good tips. Best of luck. I find keeping a journal here really keeps me in the know of what I'm eating. Otherwise I tend to easily befall back in to old habits. I love eggs chicken seafood and beef mostly....and chips and cheese but I'm working on that lol salads are great sometimes. I like to add salmon or sliced eggs and it feels like a meal

Today burger patties cheese coffee lots off water. Not cutting out dairy or soy right now as I adjust to mostly meat, egg and  fish menu.

My go to snacks are fruit and hard boiled eggs( cold, peeled, ready to eat. Also canned salmon, canned shrimp, lettuce, cucumbers, any raw veggies really. Not really meals but put together could provide some basic nutrition. Hope this helps. Glad your daughter is doing well

Hello. Not sure I qualify as advanced but have been here a while.  A few setbacks but overall, especially now, never felt better. I'm doing mostly meat, fish and eggs. Lots of water is key. I eat some vegies, salads, fruits. Weakness dairy, potatoes.  Still eating good cheese, occasional potatoes and drink soy milk for hormone balance righr now. Not all paleo but feel great without most carbs..bread, cereal, rice, pasta etc. Hope his helps :)

Hello! I can totally relate in so many ways! It's very frustrating but please dont think of yourself as a failure, although I often do myself! In successful times I do well on fruit , chicken and eggs, cooked any way. You could get some vegies in that way as an omelette maybe? i have another post with a tuna, egg bake pic. so simple and tasty. Ive been eating lots of bad stuff lately but am determined to keep trying. Every day is a new day and a chance for a new start. Thanks for reminding me. I read lots of different ideas online as well over the years. One thing that helps me is to try to go raw foods since it cuts out alot of options--pizza, potatoes, breads, pasta etc. I like smoked salmon(expensive though) and if not a vegie fan could always do more fruit maybe? Bye for now.

Hello. I like to keep it simple too. Easy snacks: vegetables and fruits. Hard boiled eggs. Once in a while I make a pan of tuna (2 cans drained) mixed with at least 6 eggs in a square cake pan. Bake for about 15 20 mins or until it is all solid. Cut into squares. Could do the same in muffin tin. Easy breakfast. Also love taking a bag of long carrots and bake for an hour with a bit of oil and rosemary spice. Tastes like candy! A few times I took a large pack of chicken drumsticks and boiled them up in a big pot of water. Too easy. Hope this helped a little
