At the time I thought I needed to eat even more starch, so i did but didn't get that satisfaction either.
However through trial and error, fattier cuts of meats kept me feeling fuller for longer. I didnt feel the need to snack and I'm pretty sure this is how we're supposed to eat.
higher fat with lower starch, keep it up. I'm sure you'll convert your husband.
