Had a reli bad headache today but drank plenty of water and it subsided.

At least 3 litres of water a day.

No sign of cramps , nausea or vomiting (crohns symptoms)
And I'm breezing through my workouts

I'm back guys , had a stint of ketogenic eating for about 3 months had great weight loss with it , but missed my carbs to much and splurged and put on a shit ton of weight.

Had issues with my Crohn's disease while on keto but got drastically worse when I splurged on the carbs , so I said I would give paleo a go again.

My diet looks like this -
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks (keto habit)
2 rashers of fatty bacon.
1 scoop of whey in water

2 chicken breasts
1 cup of strawberries
50g of Brazil nuts ( have them in my house just trying to get rid of them)

Post workout
2 scoops of protein in water
1 banana

300g of steak
2 cups of mixed veg

Most food will be cooked with coconut oil.
I understand whey powder is questionable but I have a tub and a half I need to get rid of so will be using it.
When whey is gone will substitute for some lean protein option.

I'm 5"10 and 215 lbs.
Gona stay paleo until Christmas and will re evaluate then.

What you guys think?

 Had small fe cravings all week but yesterday was the worst day was reli hurt I found out the news a day late wanted comfort food so bad but atuck to my guns and gona keep pushing on
Forgot to write in I had a few snacks at night time during the week all I had was grapes and strawberries 1 night and had  tuna and homemade Mayo the other

so sorry to hear the sad news. Suicide of a friend is so hard to bear :'( It is a rough time of year for many. All the more reason to do what we can to keep ourselves motivated and move forward with positive changes to ensure we enjoy life to the fullest. Been a rough week and I hope to get back on track myself with more eggs and fish. Looking forward to getting my energy and my brain back! Feel like a walking zombie lately :-[
Exactly my mind set nothing but moving forward and positive thinking thanks  iron sunshine 😄 don't worry once ur back that brain fog will be gone ull be feeling better in no time 😄

Having reli bad day today unfortunately a friend of mine took her own life don't even feel like eating clean but I have stuck to my diet

3 litres water , green tea , can feel weight falling off me looking forward to Monday to c how much I lost in a week.

Hi guys day 3 so far I'm not reli hungry today , finally feeling In tune with my body and being mindfull of when I'm hungry or not.

L snack plate few slices of ham and strawberries dipped in ground flaxseed
D chicken legs and wings (skin on) salad with onions lettuce tomatoes garlic.......

Bout 4 cups of green tea and about 3 litres of water , mood has lifted and everything is flowing feeling enthusiastic 😄

Gone give this another try ya kept it up last time around for 3 weeks felt the affects were positive but Christmas and alcohol and numerous family events put a stop
 Just gona eat when hungry no calorie counting or stressing out , more movement and positive vibes 😄

Hi guys
Basically I weighed myself this morning after 2 days of paleo / primal I've lost 4 pounds which is to much , over the course of a week I wanted to lose 2 -3 pounds , my question is should I up just my fat intake or should I up food consumption in general?

Yes I cook my stir fry and omelette in coconut oil always , will be slapping on some extra virgin olive oil on any meals with salad or veg as we'll , will slowly break into 3 meals a day kind of sick of 5 - 6 meals a day and no evidence to back it up anyway for weight loss , have been supplementing with d3 already , thanks for info on salmon as we'll will do some research on that as we'll.

Hi just an introduction my names graham I'm 25 from Ireland  I had a pretty rough few years my diet went downhill which I believe affected my whole life within the last 18 months I was diagnosed with a mental illness to which I am on an anti psychotic , mood stabilizer and anti depressant , I was also diagnosed with Crohn's disease to which I am on nearly 12 tablets a day ( just recently had surgery ) my main goals are weight loss ( had an MMA career ) and to eventually be medication free  , I've done my research and decided to go with the paleo lifestyle ,juts wondering what you guys tink of my diet with the goal of fat loss and mood stabilization ( high fat )

Breakfast
Omelette with ham , onion , peppers
Mixed fresh berries

Snack
Beef jerky , nuts

Lunch
Stir fry in lettuce wraps

Dinner
Salmon with grilled veggies

Snack
Tin of tuna

I'm so used to eating every 3 hours I have constructed my meals around it , I'm not counting macros or kcals just gona eat for the week and see where I am at , any other info or positive critique is most welcome guys and gals thanks in advance graham23
