I always make it a rule that I can eat anything during breakfast since that I would probably burn some of the calorie intake during the day. I would agree on that some people think eating healthy is always eating a salad or having wheat bread. But that those extra dressings and extra meat would sometimes off set the healthy choices you made. I also don't like drinking sodas or those powdered juices (like that lipton raspberry iced tea). I am a strict believer in that the best diet liquid would be water. No extra calories, sugar or anything. Just something to rehydrate your body which is what you really are after.

I encourage people to eat sea salt and stay away from iodized salt. I need less sea salt for some reason to get the flavor that I want.

Sea salt is more flavorful compared to your average iodized salt. But isn't iodized salt healthier?

I have been trying out the cross-fit training this past month. So far have lost about 6 pounds. There are also a lot of fit and ripped people doing cross-fit, just try searching youtube for cross-fit exercises and look at all the people showing you how do cross-fit and how they look.

I agree with Cave Man Wayne.

I live in London (UK) where Crossfit isn't as mainstream as it is in the US. A standard crossfit monthly membership is 150$, compared to a 50$ gym membership.

I don't understand why the price difference is so huge, especially since the equipment is even simpler...

Highway robbery! The cost of the trainer might be more expensive since, as you said, it is not as mainstream as other forms of exercise, so it might be harder to find a decent trainer?

You could check on your doctor on why you are throwing up after runs. Or you maybe hyponatremic since you are on a paleo diet.  Is there anything that you eat before you run? Might be something along those lines.
