Actually I feel like I do need them frequently, otherwise I feel bad. I am eating plenty of fruit, sometimes I think even too much. So I was thinking to add more fat. The question is how much.

Hi all,

How large is the amount of fats or fiber for you in order to heave healthy daily and frequent bowel movements? I do eat my meats with veggies, some olive oil and duck fat, but that doesn´t seem to be enough. Some people mentioned coconut oil. But how much? Like 1 tablespoon or 3? Or do you eat fruits after meat meal? And which?
