Started Paleo 30-Day challege today.   Second time around.  Had graet results the first time 2 months ago.  Then the carb creep returned.   Back on it.  :-)

Waiting to get into ketosis before I add the high sugar veggies like peans, carrots, snap peas...      However, when I do - is it okay during this challenge to use the almond flour?  Dates?   Date Sugar?   Donít remember.

Sugar is the toughest part for me too.  Let's share any good suggestions that we get from others...
Hello Everyone!  Second time around with the Paleo 30 Day challenge.  Day 1 .  :-)

For sugar replacement in the past... I would make date balls.   Dates/almonds/cocoa/coconut oil.   Lots of energy ball recipes on Pinterest and they are TASTY!

Second round with Paleo 30 Day Challenge.  Question:  Until I reach ketosis I am not eating high sugar veggies such as peas, carrots, snap peas, etc.   One I do reach keotsis - an on this challenge - is it okay to use the almond flour?   And can you actually fry meat in oil?  Good oil?
