I am new to crossfit and the paleo...enjoying both so far, except for the no milk...man do I love milk.
However, I am not really looking to lose weight, but get a little bigger and put on more muscle.
Whats the best way to achieve this goal..is it best to go straight paleo 100%, which is what I'm doing now, or maybe add in some carbs and milk, white milk only.
Still learning and just wondering...all answers and direction will be appreciated.
Currently 175 lbs roughly 5'10"-5'11"
