I'm back guys , had a stint of ketogenic eating for about 3 months had great weight loss with it , but missed my carbs to much and splurged and put on a shit ton of weight.

Had issues with my Crohn's disease while on keto but got drastically worse when I splurged on the carbs , so I said I would give paleo a go again.

My diet looks like this -
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks (keto habit)
2 rashers of fatty bacon.
1 scoop of whey in water

2 chicken breasts
1 cup of strawberries
50g of Brazil nuts ( have them in my house just trying to get rid of them)

Post workout
2 scoops of protein in water
1 banana

300g of steak
2 cups of mixed veg

Most food will be cooked with coconut oil.
I understand whey powder is questionable but I have a tub and a half I need to get rid of so will be using it.
When whey is gone will substitute for some lean protein option.

I'm 5"10 and 215 lbs.
Gona stay paleo until Christmas and will re evaluate then.

What you guys think?

Gone give this another try ya kept it up last time around for 3 weeks felt the affects were positive but Christmas and alcohol and numerous family events put a stop
 Just gona eat when hungry no calorie counting or stressing out , more movement and positive vibes 😄

d Mushrooms chorizo and eggs

L mushrooms chorizo eggs
D homemade veg soup and chicken breast thrown in

Drinking lots of green tea and water

Hi guys
Basically I weighed myself this morning after 2 days of paleo / primal I've lost 4 pounds which is to much , over the course of a week I wanted to lose 2 -3 pounds , my question is should I up just my fat intake or should I up food consumption in general?

Hi just an introduction my names graham I'm 25 from Ireland  I had a pretty rough few years my diet went downhill which I believe affected my whole life within the last 18 months I was diagnosed with a mental illness to which I am on an anti psychotic , mood stabilizer and anti depressant , I was also diagnosed with Crohn's disease to which I am on nearly 12 tablets a day ( just recently had surgery ) my main goals are weight loss ( had an MMA career ) and to eventually be medication free  , I've done my research and decided to go with the paleo lifestyle ,juts wondering what you guys tink of my diet with the goal of fat loss and mood stabilization ( high fat )

Breakfast
Omelette with ham , onion , peppers
Mixed fresh berries

Snack
Beef jerky , nuts

Lunch
Stir fry in lettuce wraps

Dinner
Salmon with grilled veggies

Snack
Tin of tuna

I'm so used to eating every 3 hours I have constructed my meals around it , I'm not counting macros or kcals just gona eat for the week and see where I am at , any other info or positive critique is most welcome guys and gals thanks in advance graham23
