Here we go!

I would love constructive feedback as I am new. I've been trying most of my recipes out of various Paleo cookbooks!

Brekkie: Paleo Pancakes: One banana, 20 blueberries, egg whites and almond butter - cooked with Coconut Oil
Lunch: Pork steak with parsnip fries cooked with olive oil
Supper: Vanilla Maple Glazed Pork chops with garlic roasted broccoli and asparagus, with a bit of mashed sweet potato and ghee

Introductions / Brand New Lifestyle Change

Hello! I am brand new to the paleo lifestyle (I'm on day 5 of my paleo adventure) and I'm very excited to be taking this leap. As of right now I'm having a lot of fun imagining new recipes and cooking.

I'm 22 years old, and have had a weight struggle my entire life. I love who I am, and I have grown to love my body. I've tried all sorts of fad diets, and within the last year have decided to settle on eating healthy and being the best me that I can be. I started the paleo diet with the promise that I would commit to it for a month. I wanted to see what would happen, and if it's something I like.

If it is, I'll continue, if it's not - I'll make adaptations. Regardless, I'm excited and welcoming any advice!
