Recipes and meal photos / 17 No Bake Paleo Desserts

Hey guys, I just published this article (link above) about no bake Paleo desserts, but wanted to share a preview here (there were too many recipes to post  ;D).

I pulled together the recipes that I use for gatherings and other special occasions with family and friends.

Of the 17 recipes these are my top 5 (in no particular order):

1 Chocolate Coconut Cream - I love the rich flavor; Only 4 ingredients and a mixer required to make this happen. Can't beat it.
2 No Bake Cheesecake - Saw this over at Paleo Grubs; it requires a bit of work, but the payoff is bananas (or strawberries, in this case).
3 Cinnamon Peaches - Living in Georgia we have an overflow of peaches annually. It's nice to be able to add a little different flavor to them and mix it up. All you need are a couple of peaches, cinnamon and butter (if you want them warmed). My fav quick sweet treat after dinner.
4 The lemon-strawberry jellies - A sweet and sour delight. My daughter loves these. AMAZING!
5 Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - My fav pre-Paleo ice cream and my fav post-Paleo ice cream. This recipe doesn't even require an ice cream maker. Can't get much simpler.

Diet and nutrition / Low Energy - Please help!

I have been Paleo for almost 2 years now. However, recently I have been struggling with my energy levels and I'm constantly hungry. I no longer eat red meat and pork. My meals generally consist of poultry/fish and vegetables or sometimes just veggies. I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough fat because I have restricted my diet to only lean meats. Just a note - I eat much more poultry than fish, as it's easier to get when I travel (which is weekly).

Any thoughts?

Without having grains, legumes, pastas, etc. as the staples of your meals; what do you use. I put together a list of 5 items that I consider staples, but I would like to expand my list. Do you have any suggestions. Here's the link; if you want to take a look at my list:

But my current list includes the following:
- spaghetti squash
- mashed cauliflower
- cauliflower rice
- zoodles
- mashed sweet potatoes

Am I missing anything? Is there anything else that I can add to my list? Please let me know - Thanks in advance.

Hi, my name is Gray and I'm fairly new to Paleo life. I've went Paleo late last year. So far, so good. I'm loving the way that I feel. So much so that I want to tell the world about what Paleo has done for me. I joined here to be a part of a community of like minded people and to learn more about the Paleo way from seasoned veterans.

Miscellaneous / I want to Develop A Paleo Diet Infographic

I'm new to the Paleo lifestyle and I'm starting a blog about my journey. Surfing the net I came across a Paleo infographic and put some thoughts together on its accuracy. Please look at my thoughts around the infographic and give me suggestions to change it because I want to create my own infographic for my site.

I'm also attaching the graphic so you don't have to read my thoughts on it if you don't want to. Please don't forget to give me feedback changes that I can make to the graphic so I can create an infographic for other newbies like me.
