I need to lose 20 lbs. I have tried cutting carbs and counting calories and those are just not right for me. I have tried weight watchers and ended up eating so much processed crap and still staying within their system and obviously not losing. I think paleo is right for me as I still get to enjoy some fruit. I also think dairy is having a negative effect on me. My big question is- will I lose weight? I'm all for all of the other health benefits but my main goal is weight loss without starvation.
Also, I have been having a breakfast of half a blended frozen banana, half a cup of berries and a protein powder (need to find a tasty paleo one), with almond milk. Is this okay? I can't do the whole egg and meat for breakfast thing- my stomach doesn't agree with it. I know some say the sugar in fruit is bad, but for me I know that fruit is not what got me fat- it's a processed crap. Thanks in advance.
