Hi. I am new to this forum and I recently been recommended to start the Paleo lifestyle by my naturopath. I have several food sensitivities and I'm struggling to find a balance where I feel good. If you would recommend one food as your #1 go-to, what would it be?
I have sensitivities to gluten, dairy, sugar, pork, soy and kiwi.
