Because of my recent fruit issues, I've been eating off plan here and there. As a result, I'm feeling not so great. I've been a week off fruit, and now am adding it back in small amounts to see if I can handle it again. I'm making this journal as an attempt to stay more on plan. If other people are reading, then I hope I'll be more strict.
Breakfast: bacon carrot hash browns (just shredded carrots cooked in the bacon grease) 5 blackberries snack: leftover ground beef with broccoli and carrots from yesterday's lunch So far so good. ![]() 3

I'm new here, but like others have said, not that new to paleo. I tried it for a summer about 2 years ago, but never fully gave up dairy or beer.
![]() I'm a mother of a 5 year old boy, and I work part time at my local food co-op (cheap organic/grass-fed meat and organic produce!!!). I live in the northern plains in the US...glad to have found you!
