If we are perfectly adapted to a paleo lifestyle then does that mean we are best suited to a world without government in terms of general happiness?

Food Journals / Butters Food Diary

Recently I have been experiencing some issues with my health and thought I would start a food diary to see if anyone could give me some advice.

These are the issues:

- At the age of 23 I am getting wrinkles around my mouth?!
- I am getting light headed
- I have alopecia which is getting worse
- My nails are brittle
- Dry skin which is making my forehead itchy

This is what I am going to eat today:

10am

Half a chicken with 125 grams of garlic butter
2 Eggs

1pm

Half a tin of salmon and some cucumber

5pm

A large bowl of iceburg lettuce with salt, pepper and olive oil

I don't understand how anyone doing grass-fed paleo can get enough fat in their diet? I just had a couple of pork belly cuts arrive and they are so lean. I couldn't imagine getting 200 grams of fat from grass-fed meat. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any theories as to why Inuit's die so young? Seems odd considering they eat mainly meat.

Does anyone know of any studies that prove that B is bad but A is good please? I've been looking for ages but without any luck. I promised someone I would find them the studies.

Food Journals / Butters paleo diary

I've been back on the diet for about three and a half weeks now but aren't feeling the benefits I have in the past. I thought i'd start keeping a journal to see if anyone has any idea what the problem could be.

These are the health issues that I have been having -

- Itchy scalp
- Lowish energy levels
- Dry skin
- Dry eyes
- Dry mouth
- Slow thinking skills


Here is what I've eaten so far today -

11:00

400 grams of pork shoulder cooked in ghee

12:00

8 almonds

14:00

1 clementine
3 eggs fried in ghee
3 sausages

Diet and nutrition / Nearly 2 weeks back into paleo and i'm exhausted

Admittedly i'm cheating with heavy cream and butter but is this enough reason for me to be exhausted? I've eaten dairy while on this diet before and felt great. I'm experiencing none of the benefits I did when I first started the diet. Any suggestions as to whats i'm doing wrong. Heres an example of my food schedule -

1st dinner (10:30) - 500 grams of gammon

2nd dinner (2:30) - 300 grams of heavy cream
4 eggs
coconut milk powder
150 grams of blueberries

Its widely believed and I believe myself that we need between around 170-200 grams of fat a day to be in best health. Evolutionarily though would it have been likely that were able to find so much fat a day to feed a whole tribe taking away fasting days?
