Workout Programs / Body fat

Hi I'm new to paleo, could someone please advice me on the best exercise to lower body fat? My weight and bmi are normal for my height.

But my bf% is rather high.

Want to start off on right foot and not get into bad habits early on.

My usual routine is running, combat, circuits and gym sessions. (About 2 of each per wk)

Hi folks, just thought I'd get my first post out the way. Been looking into paleo for the last few wks and today I've decided to take the plunge and start.

Not sure what results I'm goin to see but hoping for a more lean body, more energy and less bloat.

Any advice would be fab.
