Exercises / Re: Sports?

I've been wanting to join some local leagues but I am way too nervous to go try out or sign up. I was hoping for Soccer or Softball. Soccer would be better for my fitness and I would get motivated but I would be better at softball and most likely have more fun.
Of course time is a factor as well and I am currently a student so my time is a little spread thin.

Diet and nutrition / PALEO Certified Jerky

I had been looking for a protein snack that was tasty and paleo and some guys from my gym showed me this jerky. I am very particular when it comes to my jerky and I really loved this stuff. It was chewy but still substantial. Definitely would recommend, hence this post.

Introductions / New Here. Excited for something new.

I have been into fitness for my entire life but only recently I started to realize that all the exercise in the world cannot counter an unbalanced/unhealthy diet.

Looking for eating help and good recipes. Also workout tips, its not that I do not have any clue what to do in the gym but I am always looking for ways to surprise my body and push myself.

I look forward to talking to you all and learning from you, and hopefully maybe you guys will learn from me as well.
