I have been following paleo diet for some time now (more than 2 years) and am still experiencing severe bloating (I look like a pregnant woman), poor digestion and constipation. I absolutely love this way of eating but just cant figure it out how to fix this.
It is true that I eat a looot of green veggies and that might be the reason behind it, or eting too much fibre.
I have 72 kg (158 ibs) and am 179 cm tall (5'10) - moderately active (on avarage 30 min per day).
Usually I eat (cocoa powder, berries, a lot of (green) veggies (love broccli, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts, onion, red paprika, tomato) fresh fish, canned tuna, chicken breasts, eggs, spirulina, 85% chocolate and avoid anything starchy and very sweet - as bananas, apples, tropic fruits and so on)
