Man, this was a very informative thread. I will keep these Ketosis information in mind. Thanks, guys!

Well, just a few months until it's Christmas again. I'll be bookmarking this recipe for use in the Yuletide season. ;)

Welcome.  Stick with meat - including fish and eggs - fruit, and leafy greens and you'll do fine.  If you are trying to lose weight, don't overdo the fruit.

Yup, I agree with this. You'll never go wrong with these type of intakes. :)

Man, this looks nice! The cinnamon may be the "cherry on the top" for this one. :)

Hi Warren -

Yes, iHerb is where I buy all my personal items.  I liked them enough that you can use our code and save 10 bucks with small proceeds going to our site.

Get up to $10 free with code ZEB079 at checkout.  Thank you!

I'll keep this in mind as well. I wonder if they still offer discounts though?

I'm certainly no expert, but I can give my personal testimony: I rely on magnesium to keep my muscle spasms at bay. My doctor told me that it flushes through the system very quickly. To get good results, one must take several small doses throughout the day, or make it easy and just take a time released formula once a day. I use Jigsaw Magnesium w/ SRT (Slow Release Technology). It also includes co-factors to help the body to absorb magnesium.

Hmm, then it's Jigsaw Magnesium w/ SRT for me as well. Better avoid the other brands.

For what it's worth, I tried it right when they started selling about 2 years ago.

I actually liked the taste & texture. Was pretty easy to drink and hold down. First time was a bit iffy but my body quickly got used to it.

I don't think it's the solution to ending world hunger but recommend at least trying out especially if you're need to eat on the go.

Here is a pretty in-depth writeup on it:

I may try out soylent the next time I'm in a hurry. :)

Just saw this on Facebook
Mash up 1 banana, whisk in two eggs, pour into heated Pan.  Fry for 1 minute then flip. Looks good!

Hmm, I may try this out. Looks delicious. :)

I'd first recommend getting enough water and salt.

Yup, it's best to apply natural means first before going for a supplement, as a way of conditioning your body as well.

Very cool.  We did a huge egg omelette last night for dinner.  8 eggs total.
Tons of different vegetables - we split them half and half for variety.

This would be a great dinner for me. I'll try it out tonight. :)
