I have some dumbbells and resistance bands for my daily workout. I bought them from Toplus. Small but efficient. And I find the workout intensity with their sliding discs is totally beyond my expectation. It's a great workout for core training, but I couldn't complete the basic moves because of the muscle weakness, lol. If you want to crank up your exercise, you can try this.

There are a lot of great youtubers that teach us how to work out better. It's not easy to find some that suit for ourselves. There are some I followed, hope this help:

And consider your osteoarthritis, it's better to do some light move. Yoga and Tai Chi are the great choices. And if you want to do some resistance training but can't afford the gym, you can buy some accessories to help you exercise at home, like the resistance bands. It can help you to get enough intensity cardio. I don't hit the gym, I usually workout at home, doing yoga and some light lifting. Trusted accessories supplier I use: Toplus, aloyoga

Try some milk, fruit, and oatmeal. I love the fruit porridge sooo much! Yummy and healthy.
