No weight increases since last time but more reps. I'm back to my pre-paleo weight of 80kg

Today was a day that I really didn't feel like going - still recovering from Monday's dead lifts.... but I made the effort to get there. I didn't push myself too hard though.

I'm still learning how to balance intensity/form/desire to add weight/recovery.
