If that fails, 30 days of strict Paleo should be the next step. For some people it is actually a lot easier than the tapering, as the cravings for non Paleo food goes away much faster.

Pretty good list if you cut out palm oil and turned it upside down.

Agreed. I'm sure they are very tasty but too many people think the above kind of recipe is ok for daily use as it is made with arguably paleo ingredients.

Truth of the matter is, cookies, cakes, pancakes etc, should only ever be a rare cheat treat, no matter what the composition.

These definitely could be seen as a less damaging rare cheat treat though, and I probably will try them :)

Soup/broth/stock with added gelatine powder might get the job done. As long as it is warm it will be a liquid, and it will deliver protein, like 86g per 100g of it is protein.

The simplest way to succeed is to make sure meat (fatty grass fed meat is preferable) and eggs make up the majority of your daily calories, and keep an eye on the carbs.

He's talking about the far too common habit of trying to paleoise your old eating habits. ie/ still eating cake and brownies and pancakes, but making them with paleo(ish) ingredients like almond flour. These people rarely do well from a weight loss and health perspective.

Easiest way to stick to it is to have a fridge and freezer full of leftovers, so whenever you cook, cook extra.
