How do chicks dig it? In my opinion if you are doing something to promote others respect or gratification you are doing it for the wrong reasons.

Do it for yourself, and if chicks happen to "dig it" as you say, well this is a bonus my chum.

I do this at college, and all chicks believe I'm anorexic, and get pissed off when I say no to fries or lollies, and say I want to maintain my diet or such - and they laugh "anorexic much". SO if anything, it is a turn off to the ladies, from my experience anyway, also I might add these chicks were not fat, but just maybe unfit, still hot though  :-* lol.

I also agree with Wlfdg, I remember I used to be a bit fat like 3 years ago when at high school I think I was 180 pounds (that was my max weight ever) and I had rolls and bitch tits haha, and I lost the wieght and stopped eating and for about 4 months I was real skinny, then I gained it all back and was fat for another year or so. Then I dropped down to 133 pounds, (minimum weight ever) and ate nothing because I was going through withdrawals of drug addictions and such, and now I am at about a steady 150 - 153 pounds and I have a little muscle coming through, after I have bulked up through, I am just going to do pure cardio and martial arts, the gym is a short term thing for me and hopefully I get to 145 pounds which is my goal wieght :D. Moral of the story, don't starve yourself!

Exclusive update I have bolded the forbidden foods, correct me if I'm wrong or not.

In the morning I usually will down an apple, green tea and a banana. Or eggs, bacon with tomato and maybe one slice of rye bread

For lunch, steak or, fish or, chicken and a sidedish with steam vegetables in the microwave.

Another alternative is I will eat turkey, chicken sliced from the deli with salads.

In between meals I eat, seeds, macadamia, almonds, brazil, pine nuts, and maybe (a cashew) always comes in the box so I try to pick most of them out but sometimes you have a handful and can taste 1 or so.

Also in between meals I just snack on a celery stick or cucumber stick - most of the time I cannot finnish the cucumber. Occasionally I will eat plain crackers, which I am sure isn't paleo.

I have tried to cut down on the honey mustard dressing for my salads but its too hard, I simply just cannot crunch on water. An alternative to cookies is now I will have a piece of dark chocolate every now and then, it's actually not so bad - I used to hate dark chocolate, maybe because it's the only chocolate I can get my hands on!

The liquids I drink are limited to green tea and about 2 litres of water a day. I have coffee sparingly and only during exam times or studying, but generally I hate it.

And I will have a bowl of cereal probably once every few weeks, just to sort of be in with the majority in the day for breakfast.

I am aware of some of the foods that are forbidden, but if you were to give me a percentile on how paleo I am, please tell!

RE: chinups, I think I counted 9.

Great effort, but I can beat that! Although, conviently I do not have any videos to prove this, my word is far more credible however (lol).

I think the most I can do is probably in the 12-15 mark - also it's good to see someone doing chinups properly, I literally just hang there for a few seconds and relax my arms when I drop down. Another technique I have found to do the last chinup when struggling is to rest your head on one of your arms as you lift up, it works trust me!

I took the advice of what wldfg and tarclach ? said in an earlier topic, eat big, to get big. Makes sense, so I eat a f***load of all the paleo foods and just stuff my face with anything I find, and most importantly I am losing a little bit of wieght, mostly from the days I used to eat 4 slices of bread a day.

I voted for to increase athletic endurance/ability. Fat has not really ever been an issue for me, except for back in high school when I was always high, haha, used to eat so much all the time.

But now I sort of want to be able to pick up my athletic skills so I will be able to dash from the police a lot easier -  :-*

On a serious note, paleo does all those things which are aforementioned for the items to vote on, so really, it would be quite prudent to have an option saying all - as it would be deemed more appropriate  :o

And yes to a certain extent I am somewhat self concious of my body at times (as we all are), I just do my best and at the end of the day I can sleep with my rib cages showing. Also I think its great for someone to have negative attitude to your bodymass or fitness etc. as harsh it may sound it will push you further! My brother always gets pissed off when I talk about dieting or weights he says "shut the f*ck up c*nt you are just a skinny twig". So then I push myself harder and harder at the gym!

I would post a pic but my stupid hardrive crashed a few days ago and I had awesome pics of my no muscle but really skinny body :D, it would of been great to compare it to me in a few months time when I reach my peak muscular physique. Also my camera phone is stupid with bluetooth and no photos I have seem to be able to link to my laptop grrr!!! I have convenient excuses heh

I'm thinking more on the lines of $200, I don't think I would be able to afford half a grand or more on something so trivial. Mouth guard is important definitely, but I don't think I will be ring fighting just yet, how can I justify busted up face when I'm attending law school! Also, I have a brace behind my bottom lower teeth, I had braces a few years ago and when removed I have to wear a top plate at night (I only wear it twice a week, hurts my teeth) and the bottom brace is undetachable, if that brace were to bust I would have wires in my gums!

Aikido is not really meant to be applied in real life scenarios, Steven Seagal is an exception to this however. I have not trained in the practice of aikido for about 5 months now, and my ki energy is lacking. I have a decision to either do BJJ, MMA or aikido. Aikido is great because it places huge emphasis on meditation - as gay as it may sound, its awesome - when you are at the dojo you feel like there is nothing else in the world, plus the classes are like everyday 3 times a day.

Kickboxing = good for real life application, kickboxing like I said is great for fitness, and I guess if you ever have a pub brawl you can go to jail knowing you defended yourself with honor lol.

BJJ = Never have done this before, so am kind of interested

MMA = BJJ + KB combined! So maybe I might choose MMA and get a great mouth guard.

I guess to an extent caveman may of used their own urine for a cleansing agent mayhaps?

I could not go for days without shampooing or conditioning my hair, as I sweat a lot riding bikes and lifting weights, for it not I would have forehead acne - which I have never had thank god, but I could only imagine those emo kids with the long greasy hair over their faces usually have heaps of pimples!!!

So far the only zits (if any) I get are on my jawline, but I believe they are from shaving more then from anything being hormonal, it can get annoying having a bit of a red face after shaving and aggravated pussy ingrown hair bumps or something or rather, I heard red meat (love it), dairy and not having enough water can be the main causes.
