From what I read in previous post's, hygienically you are also paleolithic? Seriously dude how do you do it! I could not bear the thought of brushing my teeth with baking soda nor use some sort of leaf for soap in the shower. I draw the line at foods only, and to an extent deodarant, I much prefer aftershave (boss, ralph lauren, diesel etc) - no cheap stuff. But yea that's crazy man, do you happen to live in the country or? lol

Tip of the day: Important to note, when the body ages and you are far past the collagen producing years (which I think ends at around 20 -25 or so) this is when you want to maintain the weight you have for the rest of your life, granted if you don't care about looks or body image. If you are fat at 40 or so, stay fat! If you are skinny - med build at 40 or so, stay skinny!!

If the body varies between weight when older it will increase elasticity and thereby having loose saggy skin (yucky). So please, rep me for this post!!

Hah kidding, but yea seriously take all this into account my fellow brethren for this is garrulous, notifier of the realm!

Also, kickboxing is awesome for fitness, they don't say fighting fit for the fun of it, I myself prefer martial arts like aikido or brazilian ju jitsu (less blood involved).

I dare say, you might happen to be 110% paleolithic - me being quite lazy and just stuffing my face with whatever fruit, veg, meat, nuts or fish that are around.

I don't think I could ever be that concerned with my diet, just out of curiosity, do you ever attend a gym? or perhaps jog/mountain bike/yoga or martial arts? Because I train fairly hard out (most of the time) I just eat heaps and rarely measure anything.

May I interject?

Consuming more then 6 eggs a week can be detrimental to one's health, forgive me if I'm incorrect, but I vividly remember reading an article pertaining to the paleolithic diet and limiting to x amount of eggs per week.

May I extend my own commendations for the strictness which you have apparently inherited in the paleolithic trend, and truly being an inspiration for many I'm sure. However, I myself am definitely not paleolithic 100%, I would say 70/30 - currently ingesting vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, meat and fish, but I have a craving which can only be satisfied through eating (rye bread with avacado, or white choc chip cookies every now and then) tis' be my downfall I fear.

One day, it will be 100% paleo :D

Well, come on over to Idaho,USA! I've got enough toys for all! The hunting's just pretty good but you can buy tags over the counter without entering a lottery.

This may be a stupid question, but I have visited California before and was wondering next time I visit the US of A, is it possible I could go hunting? Or it is restricted to citizens, no biggie if it is, just curious is all.

You are one lucky MF, there is no hunting in Australia, unless you go up the borders to go to a acherage land of a person you know, it's illegal to shoot animals (any animal) - unless a license, I think we are allowed to hunt wild boars, but apart from that you would get f***ked on by the EPA and go to jail or pay a hefty fine.

Couldn't imagine how fit I would be if I was hunting big game - running and carrying weight (the weapon). You must be a machine.

Hey isn't it true that eating steak/pork (any red meat) in consecutive pattern is bad?

I heard it takes 2-3 days for read meat to digest in the body.

I try to eat fish on every other day - had steak and eggs last night so today I'll have barrumindi.

Whoops, don't I sound quite the mentally challenged kid!

It is 2am here and I have been working through this paper for 6 hours now, still not even half way - my mind is quite fried at the moment.

I am not trying to gain weight or lose fat all I want is a leaner appearance then the one I have now, so I guess that would constitute as losing fat. No need to shame me, I am disoriented as it is.

Forgive me for any confusion or misleading information - I have nothing to gain by fabricating details or information about myself, basically I just want to learn some stuff about proper dieting and I'll be on my happy way.

Lose weight not fat (only fat I have is a little belly fat, but nothing huge you can see my rib cages, its when I sit down it looks fat).

I have never had the flu vaccine in my life (after seeing I am Legend it will continue) - only vaccine I had was the hep b and tetanus when I was in high school.
