So my workout plan has a lot of fallacies within?

I assumed this was the best as it is

a) routine
b) all muscle groups
c) allows resting
d) cardio friendly

What would you suggest and what would be more effective for a person who does not dabble in bull shark testosterone. My waist is about 32 inches give or take, 177 cm height, and currently weigh at 70 kilograms or 154 pounds, my BMI is 22.2. Basically I want to have lean muscle but not be too skinny.

At the moment my physique is very average apart from a little muscle on the bicep, tricep, shoulder area. When I used to do excess amount of cardio I liked how my face was really skinny and showed my jawline etc, but having no muscle is so shit so I want to build muscle but then cut.

I appreciate the feedback dudes, well first thing then I will rid my fridge of chocolate (if any is around), and buy some dark chocolate so I keep the "insulin spike" at bay.

Buy some olive oil, for when cooking my deliciously healthy foods.

Lay off rye bread and baked beans completely.

Another query that scratches my interest what do you guys usually have if lets say you wake up late (you know what I'm talking about), and you need some quick paleolithic food on the go - no time for cooking up some fish or steak.

I'm aware cereal is bad on the paleolithic, a few months ago I would always turn to a bowl of nutri grain or kellogs K with bannana, but now I have no idea - and fruit is not really a substantial meal.

For lunch - is having a salad in a wrap just as bad as having it with bread? Because I find at the university I attend, they have no salad meals perse' and everything is in a white bread or wholemeal or a wrap - and when studying I have no real choice, I'm a starving young lad who needs his fuel!!!

I only cook with canola oil, I may need to rectify this when I go shopping.

What I meant is, I either have eggs by themselves, steak and vegetables by itself, or fruit in one sitting, or like this morning I had some chicken. Additionally, is baked beans or a piece of rye bread every now and then going have detrimental effects? I'm not going for a phd in dieting, I want to follow this diet as best as I can but I believe a tiny bit of non paleo food is great for that medium.

I stay away from, salt, sugar, and 80 percent of the time bread, and I never eat grains, or oats.

"Sugar is very addicting. For me, I have to stay away 99%. I eat berries instead. Or one square of (non Paleo) very dark, not too sweet, chocolate once in a while."

Would dark chocolate satisfy the urge of the sweet tooth without wanting a whole block of it. Dark chocolate I find is only good in limited amounts, but as soon as I have a white chocolate cookie - I go crazy, my eyes look like a crack junkie seeing a needle.

Are you sure that nobody is droppin acid in your salads or the mushrooms you really are eating are highly hallucinogenic?

LOL, nah I guess you get some sort of happiness with this diet, I would not go as far as to say ecstasy or cocaine - but the good feeling usually is due to the fact you know in yourself the body is clean from all toxins, therefore the brain is clear of all toxins. Especially if you are eating fish.

One thing I find though is whenever I'm in public watching people eat (when I leave my basement), I am almost repulsed or disgusted with what people are shoving down their mouths. I remember like 2 years ago when I used to smoke bongs, I would eat mcdonalds, kfc, and heaps of soft drink on almost a daily basis - it's crazy looking back now, I haven't had fast food in 6 months and before that it was another 6 months, and soft drink is absolutely gross - unless with some alcohol (rarely drink alcohol these days as well).

UPDATE TO the

Workout plan:

DAY 1:

BICEPS - Preacher curls (20 kg) till fail, hammer curls (10kg) till fail, barbell curl till fail (15kg), chinups till fail (proper ones, go down fully and come back up)

BACK - Lateral pull down 100 pounds till fail, assisted pull up with about 4-6 kg for assistance till fail, seated row till fail.

DAY 2:

CHEST - Bench press - incline 15kg till fail, normal bench press 25kg till fail, dumbell chest press 10kg each dumbell, dumbell flys, pushups about 30 or so or till fail.

TRICEPS - Dips 3 kg assistance or about 6 without aisstance repeat until fail, tricep cable extension till fail, machine tricep extension till fail

DAY 3:

SHOULDERS - Seated dumbell shoulder press , side lateral raise (7kg) each dumbell , front raise (7kg) each dumbell.

LEGS -  leg press, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise all till fail

DAY 4: hardcore cardio sesh - sometimes I do one of these a week or two times a week, depending on my energy levels

DAY 5: day off. - should of had one today, now my arms are filled with lactic acid :(

Basically all the wieghts I do is till fail, like my face is red and my arms are shaking, and that's when I stop. Cheers for any feedback, much appreciated.

Okay well, feel free to criticize, after all I did sign up to this forum for different opinions and to be better educated about this particular diet.

So far my usual breakfast will consist of

Eggs (omega 3), or steak with a side of microwaved vegetables, or baked beans, or a full plate of fruit - apples, mango, kiwi fruit, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes. Then a beverage I will drink is water or green tea. - sometimes if I'm in a hurry to be somewhere I will just have a slice of rye bread and avocado.

Lunch:Fish (I'm a sucker for atlantic salmon or barrumindi). Or, a plate full of salads like lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrot, avocado, celery and a few slices of deli half oven roast turkey breast, or roasted beef new york roast. Or some a plate of fruit.

In between meals I usually eat, almond nuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, sultanas, pumpkin seeds (and other) or snack on a fruit or stick of celery.

Dinner: Chicken, steak, fish with a side of vegetables - depending on the order which I have already eaten this food that day. But basically these are all my foods which I consume on almost a daily basis.

The only issue I am currently having with this diet is I must refuse all temptation of sweet snacks, I go really good for awhile then as soon as I say "yea I can have this cookie I've been eating well" - the next day I will get like 4 of them  :-[.

I almost must kiss them goodbye forever, because having a taste does not give me any satisfaction.

I started the paleolithic diet about a month ago, except not hard out, I still eat the occasional bread, and stew with a pinch of salt - but I thought signing up to this prestigious forum I would seal the deal and increase my motivation and determination to stick to this diet (way of life) or what have you, like sugar to a lollipop.

By no means do I need to lose any substantial amount of weight, but definitly those few kilos that hide the abdominal muscles and shoulder muslces (not like I have any, anyway lol) but yea...
