An Irishmans progress from fat b*stard to something better
« on: September 18, 2011, 10:18:32 AM »
Had some of these in the progress pics thread but might as well get my own going too. So...

From these

To this

To this

And this

To finally these

Always will I take another step. If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult…So long as there is breath in me, that long will I persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles of success; if I persist long enough I will win.

A little update that I plan to show to all the people who dismissed paleo/primal living. Oh you cant live without carbs, life without pasta makes no sense blah blah blah.

Pic 1: Taken back in May, I was training HARD, lots of circuit training, spinning, mountain biking, running, weights, it was endless and I felt as fit as I ever have in my life.

Pic 2: Taken after approx 12 weeks of paleo, with running all but stopped, mountain biking on the weekends only, 4 days of weight training.

Pre paleo bodyfat% - 16.1%

Bodyfat as of Friday past - 11.7%

Super pleased with that.

Latest bodyfat - 8.9%

Picture taken in Chiang Mai just before Christmas 2011, probably my all time favourite picture of me.
