I've made a lot of progress. However...
Some people will never get completely flat bellies if they've had them a long time. I've had mine since age 17. It gets fatter. But, if I were to reduce too far everything else gets too scrawny.
There are those who say that I can lift weights to bulk up my arms, legs and shoulders. However, my face actually gets too skinny. As arms and legs I can always wear long sleeve shirts (which I hate by the way) and relaxed fit pants and jeans. But, what do you do to keep your face from looking like you are a starving POW? I mean other than Botox injections? Of course the other route would be Liposuction on the gut. Neither are paleo or safe.
