From one week ago: -5 lbsFrom April 28: + 3 lbsLast fall's labs:Vit D: 23.2 L ng/mL (Under 32 unhealthy.)Total cholesterol: 189Triglycerides: 122HdL: 46LdL: 119Glucose: 78Need my annual physical again soon. Hopefully my HdL will be higher.I'm wearing a size 12. Goal size 6 - 8.

You might consider vitamin D supplements if you don't get a lot of summer sunshine.

I was prescribed 50,000 IU, taken once a week.I take them every 5 days instead. I am a big sunscreen user, trying to avoid mottled skin, wrinkles, brown spots, and all that.
