They weren't really a goal garment, but my jeans that the husband accidentally shrank in the wash now fit like a dream.  Being a girl who *hates* clothes shopping, I find this simply awesome.

I have not seen a huge difference on the scale, ... but I am now on my last hole on my belt and jeans I could not get into in September I now can.  So while the scale may not be moving down, the fat is moving out.

Excellent point: the scale only tells part of the story. I also find it difficult to remember that from time to time. I'm coming up on my monthly weigh in and yes, the weight is overall is moving very slowly, but the 32-waist trousers I bough two months ago are now loose.

I tried on a jacket I haven't worn in about 5 years yesterday as a test, and not only did it fit, but I could zip it up!  And it wasn't making me look like it was busting out on me!  Now in my closet I have a beautiful leather coat that is a size 8 and I have not worn that since the 70's.  This will be my goal garment.  When I can get into that, you will hear my cave woman voice all over the world shouting for joy!  At 5'2 and now weighing about 179 pounds, it will be a joyous day indeed for this old cavewoman!

I actually am preparing to drop off a bunch of shirts to the Salvation Army because I've gone down one collar size and my shirts are rather baggy. I've started buying new ones, actually.

Does anyone else have goal garment?
Tha's a problem I am looking forward to.

My goal garment is a pair of shorts I bought in high school. They are a size 38 waist (I was big in high school, too). I am presently somewhere around a 44-50 inch waist (haven't measured), but I look forward to fitting into them!

My current waist size for my pants is 32/33.  Not all that big really but last night I was walking while fishing and noticed they were starting to fall down a bit.  It's been just under a month that I have been on this WOE.  I have a pile of levis in the closet with a 30" waist that I haven't been able to wear in years.  I'd kinda like to put those on again :-)  I'm 53 and weigh 187#   ;D
Someday when I finally keel over and stop moving I want to make sure I'm running at the time :-)
