just by eating paleo...his book says diet alone is just as effective as diet&exercise, although exercise is important for health.
I can't see why i wouldn't lose weight, i've cut out ALL processed food, grains, and dairy, and replaced it all with fruits&vegs, how could that not be better? i haven't been cutting calories but obviously eating carrots instead of potato chips like i normally would is a positive changei mean it's only been like 4 days for me, i was sort of pissed i weigh the same but then i was like...wait. its only been 4 days. duhh
i'm getting really tempted to eat ice cream and pancakes but i want to get thin!! and healthy!! i'm scared i can't stick to this because i was sitting in a frozen yogurt place today...and i almost went in it looked so damn good and i've been eating fruit salad but that doesnt stop my craving for ice cream/frozen yogurt/cookies!!! i want fat and sugar at the same time to stop the craving...
