Hey!
My current plan consists of the following foods:
- Cooked sweet potatoes
- Cooked beef and beef fat
- Whole chicken & duck without the skin (cooked)
- Raw carrot
- Raw whole bitter melon
- Kelp (cooked)
- Mushrooms (cooked)
- Salt (I have no trouble with it since I increased my protein intake & lowered my carb intake.)
- Coconut oil
- Fruit & fruit juice
- Some cooked eggs
- White sugar (I know this is a refined food.)
This is my updated diet plan of an
older one posted on my blog.I just want to thank Good Samaritan for giving me tips on drinking fruit juice to help with the kidneys. It worked! The pain is gone!
