New exercise and nutrition program!! with pics of the routine

Hello Everyone

I may be a beginner but I try to do my best!!!
I've just started a new exercise program, along with paleo style nutrition for the month of October. I already started posting pictures of the routines as well as a video of doing them, in all humility:o

So if you have any comment, or just want to encourage me just have a look or drop a comment, any critique, good or bad is always stimulating!!!!!

Yeah, don't let him get you down or anything - he's just trying to help. With 95% of exercises, form is going to be more important than the weight you can lift. Get the form solid FIRST, or else you will hurt yourself as times goes on. Get a big mirror, or record yourself every workout, to check your form

Great advice! I was using a 20lbs, but I do have 15lbs, so next time I'll try less to impress myself and work on the form!

I don't know why he has to go to all that trouble when he is already so thin!! I wonder which part of his body he wants to reduce and hope he has consulted with his doctor before embarking on this new exercise program of his!! I think he is really going to make himself ill by overdoing it!!
