Feeling really sunny on this rainy day. Yesterday had some salmon and mayo in a bowl for lunch and last night had half rack of pork ribs cooked in 1 cup of beer with a little sauce for extra flavour although next time I think I'll skip the sauce they were so good on their own-today had a bowl of shrimp in the aft and a delicious rare steak cooked in onions for supper and a bit of fruit salad-oops I snuck a few potatoes leftover from yesterday. My energy levels are great-no afternoon dragging feeling at all and feel like i could take on the world tonight-although i would need a large umbrella!!
I've had NO cheese today-yay me and wondered what the best drinks are on Paleo?-one website said coffee, tea, diet soda and occasional beer or wine--Today I've had 2 coffee and some water. I have such a feeling of calm...(very uncommon for me!)

Sounds like you're doing well.
Water is the best paleo drink. Tea - no milk or sugar - and coffee, black, may not be technically paleo but don't seem too bad based on experiences of people here.
