Three and a half months of Primal

I keep a weight loss + waist/hip/spare tire log in a table, and try to record every 3-5 days. I've found that the diet very reliably takes weight off and keeps it off, so long as I don't cheat with gluten or excessive sugar/stress.

The spike in weight corresponds to my wedding ;) Ate a lot of things I shouldn't have with my family!

That's great! I found out the same, when I started with paleo. I had to get new trousers after 3 months, and then again some months later. I went down two sizes in trousers (back to the size I had during my university years).
