Today for example:
Breakfast: I had about 4oz of summer sausage and a bowl of my homemade cereal which contains coconut flakes, honey, vanilla, almond slices, and coconut milk.
Lunch: 6oz of barbecue brisket & turkey. A few bites of coleslaw.
Dinner: 6oz salmon and a big bowl of steamed broccoli & cauliflower.
For snacks I have pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds. I also had one of my fudgcicles which contains coconut milk, vanilla, honey, and cocoa powder.
That's pretty much typical.
